The live diamond drop.
IGI-certified lab diamonds, auctioned live in scheduled drops. Every lot opens at its listed starting price, the room decides where it ends β and you are only ever charged if you win.
How a drop works
Four steps from taking a seat to a certified diamond at your door.
Create your account and finish bidder setup β a card on file and a delivery address. Signing up and bidding cost nothing; the card is only ever used for a lot you win.
Drops are scheduled and the field stays under wraps. When the clock hits zero the lots are revealed, each opening at its listed starting price.
The room bids in real time. A bid in the final minute extends the clock, so nobody can snipe you β contested lots resolve in the open. Prefer to step back? Set a maximum and we bid for you, one step at a time. You pay the winning price, never your maximum.
Highest bid when the clock ends takes the piece. Your card is charged the winning price plus flat $8.95 shipping, and it arrives fully insured with its IGI certificate.
Refer 2 completed bidders, take $100 off your winning lot. One referral unlocks lot previews 24 hours before everyone else.

Questions, answered
How do starting prices work?
Every lot opens at the starting price shown on its card β that is the first valid bid, and the highest standing bid when the clock hits zero takes the piece. No hidden floors above the number you see: if you are the last bidder standing, it is yours.
When am I charged?
Only at the hammer, only if you win β the winning price plus flat $8.95 insured shipping. Adding your card is a setup step, not a payment β losing bids cost nothing, ever.
Why do you need my card and address before I bid?
Auctions settle the moment the clock ends. Collecting delivery details and a card up front means a win is a finished purchase on its way to you β not the start of an invoice chase.
What is a maximum bid?
A private ceiling. We bid on your behalf one increment at a time, only as high as needed, never past it. You pay the winning price, not your maximum, and your number is never shown to anyone. A maximum can be raised, never lowered.
Can someone snipe me at the last second?
No. Any bid that lands in the final minute extends the clock by 30 seconds, so you always get the chance to answer. Contested lots finish in the open.
Is my card safe?
Card details go directly from your browser to Stripe β our servers never see or store a card number. We keep only the brand and last four digits so you can recognise it.
What happens if nobody bids on a piece?
It simply closes unsold and returns in a future drop β nobody is charged anything. The moment one bid lands at the starting price, the piece will sell to the highest bidder when the clock ends.
How does delivery work?
Every win ships fully insured to your US address for a flat $8.95, added at checkout, with the IGI certificate in the box. No signature needed β you'll get tracking and it comes straight to your door. We currently ship within the United States only.
